Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

• Delivery time: 2–4 working days
• Dispatch: Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please get in touch at contact@freaura.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply to resend it.
